Only what you share with us to get work done: your name, phone number, address and appliance details — given over a call, on WhatsApp, or through the contact form. We have no accounts, no passwords, and we do not store payment details online.
2. How we use it
To schedule service visits, deliver and install appliances, maintain warranty and rental records, and follow up on your request. Service reminders are sent only if you ask for them.
3. What we never do
We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. No spam calls, no promotional message lists.
4. Third-party services
Chats happen on WhatsApp and the map on our contact page is served by Google Maps — both operate under their own privacy terms, which we do not control.
5. Data retention
We keep your records while your warranty or rental is active, and as long as tax rules require for billing. Ask us and we will delete anything beyond that.
