Rental Policy

1. Eligibility & documents

Rentals are available within Coimbatore city limits. A government photo ID and a local address proof are verified at delivery.

2. Tenure & rent

Minimum tenure is 3 months. The monthly rate depends on the tenure you choose — longer tenures cost less per month. Rent is payable monthly, in advance.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected at delivery. It is returned in full after pickup inspection — see the Return & Refund Policy for how deductions work.

4. Delivery & installation

• Free delivery within 48 hours anywhere in Coimbatore.
• AC installation is a one-time ₹2,000 charge — wall/window mounting, copper piping up to 3 metres, drilling, gas-pressure check and a usage demo.
• Extra copper piping, core-cutting or a stabilizer are charged at actuals, confirmed with you before work starts.
• All other appliances are installed free.

5. Maintenance included

All servicing, repairs and spare parts during the tenure are on us — including gas top-ups for ACs. If a unit cannot be repaired, we swap it with a working one.

6. Care & damage

Normal wear and tear is expected and costs you nothing. Damage from misuse, negligence or unauthorised repair is charged at actual cost, adjusted against the deposit or invoiced.

7. Relocation

Moving within Coimbatore? Tell us and we will shift and re-install the unit for a nominal charge. Please don't transport rented units yourself — damage in self-transport counts as misuse.

8. Ending the rental

Return anytime after the minimum tenure with a single call — we pick up, inspect and refund your deposit. Ending before 3 months means rent is payable up to the 3-month minimum.

9. Late payment

If rent is overdue by more than 7 days, service support may be paused. Beyond 15 days we may pick up the unit and adjust dues against the deposit.
