1. About these terms

By using servicecreed.in or booking with Service Creed Smart Solutions (GSTIN 33DNVPS5314C2ZT), Ganapathy, Coimbatore, you accept these terms. They cover our repair services, clearance sales and rentals.

2. Service bookings

Book by call, WhatsApp or the contact form. Our technician inspects the appliance first and confirms the repair estimate with you — no work starts, and nothing is charged beyond the inspection visit, until you approve the quote.

3. Repairs & warranty

We use genuine spare parts. Repair work carries a service warranty (the period is stated on your bill). The warranty is void if the unit is opened, tampered with, or repaired elsewhere afterwards.

4. Clearance purchases

• Clearance appliances are brand-new, unused units with a disclosed cosmetic mark — sold one piece each, first come first served.
• Photos on the website show the exact unit. Inspect it at the Ganapathy store before you decide.
• All clearance sales are final — see our Return & Refund Policy.
• Every clearance purchase includes free delivery in Coimbatore, free installation and a 1-year functional warranty. Pay on delivery; EMI available.

5. Rentals

Appliance rentals are governed by our Rental Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Payments & pricing

Pay on completion of service or on delivery. Quoted prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Any extra work or parts are confirmed with you before they are added.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by power fluctuations, or misuse after our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
